hey Im 14 and I weigh 190 pounds. I want to at least lose 50 - 60 pounds. Im 5'8 and still getting taller so the healthy weight the doctor said i should be is 130 to 140 pounds. I dont want to buy anything for this weight loss so dont say weight watchers, turbo jams, diet pills, surgery or any more. I want to do it a normal way.My goal is to lose 2 pounds a week for 6 or 7 months. So can u help me and please dont say eat and excercise give a examle or somtin.
