Is it normal?

No that is not normal. When you say your back hurts, where on your back, upper, middle or lower? Sometimes when your back hurts in a specific place, like the middle and sort of on the sides, it could be your kidneys. That requires a good check up.

Being tired can mean many things; over work, not enough sleep, stress, medical condition, improper diet.

HEY! You sound like me! My back has hurt a little for several years, but since I had my baby 7 1/2 months ago it has increased in pain and I'm always tired. I would say that if you have children that is why. Otherwise you might want to see a doctor because something could be wrong.
