After you've achieved the body you want, how do you keep it? Obviously continuing with your regular work out would continue to bulk your muscles and the such. But just stopping working out would eventually cause your form to dimish away from what it's at.

So how much should you work out once you're satisfied with the way your body looks?

That you have to figure out, taper back a little. you will be able to tell.

You must be young. Try to adjust your dailys to semis and such as your body feels. Mother Nature will find you anyway- see ya at 120 yrs!

I worked out alot to get where i wanted but now i've cut it down to a little over half just to keep in that shape.
