Well,
Sexual intercourse happens when men and woman come together and mate. Literally put, it happens when the male puts his male organ into the woman.
Sexual intercourse means the male puts his male organ into the female organ.
But when it comes to oral intercourse, it means that the male or female puts their organs into the other party's mouth.
Mostly, people do it for pleasure. You will not get pregnant from oral intercourse but are still at risk from sexually transmitted diseases.

Oral is obviously only oral, but it is still sex. regular sex is all below the waste

There is no difference- oral is just the use of the mouth on genital instead of the genital on genital.

oral sex is mouth to genitalia, regular sex is genitalia to genitalia.
