eat less, exercise more -- simple. When I hit 135, I hit the gym a bit longer during the week. No way am I going to battle trying to loose 50. My weight has never gotten to 140. It's called self control....... I have no baggy skin from severe weight loss, and look 10 years younger than my real age. Read the first five words again.

185 lbs, stress, low self esteem, depression, bad ex boyfriend, all this started my weight loss but now happy and 139 lbs. and still working at it, I am determined to keep it off. I have always heard "fast weight loss will come back quicker" so I don't deprive myself. I used to be a junk food junkie. Now I DO eat alot less, but, I still have at least 1 snack/dessert a day. i cut back on my eating...i was hardly eating anything. But i got real sick from that after like 4 days, so i started eatin a small lunch lyke (6 oz of tuna casserole) and then from 9pm-12am i'd eat 3 bowls of lucky charms cereal. No joke!! I've lost 11 pounds. i also do ab workouts an thigh exercises to tone up

If you are eating fast food, give it up, seriously! Eat normal meals, and healthy meals, and never eat until you are full. Basically, eat breakfast, it has been proven to help keep you energized and increase your brain capacity. Eat lunch, and eat dinner. Always eat until you are satisfied, and try exercising at least twice a week. It isn't overnight, and results do very, but it will come with time.
