MAybe it will happen to you only , just kidding. No way that one will get brain tumor is exposed to PC montior. THen Bill gates will likely be the first to get it as after all he spent a lot of time when he develop the window os for computer.
And the government agencies in the world will die soon and Osama will win against the US.

theoretically and scientifically can never happen
this only happens when you're exposed to cell phone all the time cause they send signals that passes through your mind and mess up your system , PC monitors doesn't have any frequencies to mess your brain up
