I heard that a mans weight can affect the size of his penis, is there any truth to that?

I am a little over weight and my penis is really small. I was told once that the weight will affect the size, but I was also told by a doctor that there is a thing called "disappearing penis syndrome", anyone ever heard of that?

I've never heard of "disappearing penis syndrome" but i have observed that the fatter the man is, the smaller the penis appears. i have seen fat men with nothing more than the glans (circumsized) exposed when flacid.

I'm pretty sure that if a man has an average penis (say 3 inches flacid), they will have that size fat or thin. It's the fat around the base of the penis that gives the "disappearing penis syndrome"..

Disappearing penis syndrome is when your penis looks smaller in comparison because you're larger in weight. Say your penis is like the average 6 inches and you are 6 feet, weigh 150 pounds. You'll look like a string bean and your penis will seem to stick out further. If you weighed say....80 pounds more, the penis would stick out less further than all your fat so you look smaller in comparison
