I spent some time trying to look it up online but no one seems to know. Also if you could include the source of where you got your information that would really help me out.

First things first, you have to realize that our bodies are more than three quarter parts water. You can lose up to ten pounds in just water weight by sweating it off through intense exercise and the use of a sweatsuit or sauna. Losing weight doesn't mean losing fat. The good part about this is that you are in control of losing whatever you want. Fat is energy that is stored into a biological form because your brain tells your body that it's a necessary thing to do so you may use it up at a later time. It's an emergency supply also. Unfortunately some of the fats that we consume accumulate over time because we are not using all the stored energy within us. To get to the point here, you need to exercise and get your heart rate going for your body to lose fat. Average resting heart rate is 65-70 so doing an exercise that gets your heart gong for 130-140 BPM for at least 20 mins. per day is perfect for losing fat.

Yes because when you lose weight, you lose fat..your BMI changes.. Do a search for Mary Dan Eades and Michael Eades..they are diabetic specialists, that work with obese people. Their diet, much like the Atkins diet but much easier to cope with explains it all..they have a book too..excellent.. I lost a ton of weight, and it has stayed off.

You're bound to lose some body fat anytime you lose weight. However, if you lose too quickly, some of the weight will be muscle too.

No. Exercise will. Muscle weighs more than fat.
