I have had sealed boxes for several years now, can I still use them

All they are is cotton so no

No. You can check on the package seal I think.

in theory they do, but can go past the date. any moisture that can get to them will make them of no use. they are sealed to keep moisture out.

cotton never expires .. so i am sure tampons are in good nick .. use them
