Tuesday 6pm-7pm Hatha Yoga
Wednesday 3:30-4:30 Kickboxing
Wednesday 5:15-6:15 Spinning (Beginner) with Core work
Thursday 6pm-7pm Hatha Yoga
On the weekends, I will be working out at home or hiking if weather permits.
BTW, I'm 21 years old, female college student who is 5'2" and weighs 150lbs (obviously, I am trying to lose weight through changing my diet and exercising)
