I think you have a good workout schedule if you can keep up with it.

Although I would be concerned with your physical routine for the most obvious reason, which is injury, I think that if you concentrate on the yoga and into strengthening your muscles, you should be able to hold up pretty good.

Take what you can, of course. That's always a good rule.

For the weekends, I was about to say you had too much going on, but since you'll only be hiking, that's fine. Try not to work too much on muscular activity on the weekends. Hiking/Walking should get you to your goal just fine.

Of course, your focus has to be on nutrition - not only to help you lose weight, but to give you the energy to absorb the intense 4-day workouts you have.

But yes, so far so good. You're young enough to take it, and if you think you can mix it up with college, as long as you feed yourself properly, you should be fine.

Oh, and powerbars aren't good nutrition by the way.

Please, please, please, please, please, stick to fruits and vegetables instead of powerbars, okay?

And as a side note: Your period should bear a good indication of your physical deterioration. If you suddenly delay, you may have to cut back. But just slightly, okay? It's good to push it, but always keep your head on the game.

As for weight loss application, hardship-unfastened experience rules: a lot of end result and vegetables and no quickly foodstuff. do not limit energy or ingredient administration, in simple terms be clever approximately what you're feeding them. For exercising, get imaginative and get in touch. Have a sprint kinfolk dance night, the place you all in simple terms upward thrust up and shake it, or have them help with heavier chores like vacuuming or sweeping, yet do it together. Park added away interior the vehicle parking zone, or walk two times around the mall as a replace of occurring to the shop you like. "forget approximately" issues interior the motor vehicle exterior and ask them to run and get it. incorporate a sprint extra on a daily basis; not a extensive replace unexpectedly. the superb thank you to alter a toddler's conduct is to alter your man or woman and lead with the aid of occasion.

Always remember that cardiovascular workout does burn fat and it keeps you metabolic rate pumping temporarily whereas weight also burn fat but they have the added bonus off burning fat for hours after wards. So do yourself a favor and do some more weights. It is also very important to give your body some rest to recuperate.

if you're going to lose weight, you need to incorporate more weight training into your schedule . Cardio is great, but the weight training will help burn off the fat and tone your muscles. remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so don't get discouraged if the scale doesn't drop significantly, it can mean that you are building muscle and burning fat in the process

It's enough, for sure. Whether it's too much, however, depends on you. For me, I'd totally die with that much exercise. But if it doesn't leave you completely worn out, you're not overextending yourself, and you like it, go for it.

Good job.
Thats neither too much nor too little.
If it makes you feel better, not fatigued or sore (beyond the normal amount for beginners) or even obsessed, its healthy.
Ive been considering taking up kickboxing, myself. :D
