much depends on your girlfriend -- if you are a sensitive and fulfilling lover (so that she also has a great time), then have sex as often as possible (but do go to work, sweep the floors, and see friends occasionally -- they may even want to join in)

As many times at it is convenient but don't let it override everything in your life e.g talking, communicating etc. Time together isn't just about sex.

One time is enough, dont get tired each by doing it too much. One time a week is just good. Sooner or later you will loose the appetite.
