Brush every day three times a day and buy oral strips for your teeth. They are expensive ($30 for ten day supply), but you only need to use them every other month, maybe, unless your teeth are really bad.

That's what I do.

Add a yearly visit to the doctor to get a cleanse, and you'll have shiny, pearly whites.

see your dentist about veneers this is a white coating for teeth but i believe its expensive ,if the veneers are not an option then you could try using toothpaste with whitening but if tour teeth are really stained the toothpaste won,t have that much of affect

ZOOM Whitening at a dentist or Crest Whitestrips at home depending on how much time you want to take and how much money you want to spend. If you have really sensitive teeth you probably should go to the dentist to avoid any problems. If you want to avoid problems in general go to the dentist.

why do you need really white teeth? Is your teeth black? I dont know much about that

u just cant get white teeth by asking questions .. u need to work for it ..

now go brush ur teeth , use a good paste ..

I have this whitening toothpaste. It's crest whitening toothpaste, it comes in a blue metallic box and I got it for about $3 at Wal Mart. It works really good.

i spent 400$ for dentist tray + gel.. i am very disappointed with the results.. maybe only a coupld shades whiter.. my wife had better results with over the counter white strips..try the strips first, or if you can afford it, try a more expensive method like u/v, laser, brightsmile, etc..

first knock all your original teeth out. Then buy some dentures. Next apply pol-grip and then insert them in your mouth.
