Here's the deal:
Girl + Guy
If they're all healthy, oral sex is perfectly safe.
Another scenario:
Girl (with herpes) + Guy
The girl with herpes may pass the herpes to the guy.
Another scenario:
Girl (with herpes) + Guy (with condom)
The girl with herpes MAY pass the herpes to the guy, but the guy MAY actually not get it because the chances have decreased since he's wearing a condom. Still, it's not guaranteed.

it is if you know for sure your partner is 100% clean. you may still get STD'S HIV AND AIDS from a infected partner as there are uaually no signs at first
