Both my Family Doc and my OB docs fuss about my weight every year! I am about 55lbs overweight and have done everything I know to do on my own. My husband and I walk 2 miles a day..1 in the morning and 1 at night, we drink lots of water and eat pretty well. My Family doc said she would put me on Adipex, but likes to avoid the conversation when I go in..she says I need to keep trying...I've been trying for 5 years now! My ob doc says that I need to drop before having kids, but won't help either. I'm getting really depressed about the whole on going struggle. I really need some advise. Is buying this Adipex online w/o a prescription SAFE & LEGAL!!! I want children soo bad and we would really like to get preg. within the next 5-6 months. Can anyone help?? Is the Lemonade Diet safe and effective?? Open for suggestions!!!

I have pink stretch marks on my biceps and upper chest. I work out a lot, and I never had any fat there, so I don't know why. Anyway, I've tried using Auqafour, Jojoba Oil, and Shea Butter, and none have worked. What's the fastest way to get rid of them?

I have tooth trouble . . . I am twelve years old and I still have four baby teeth to loose. My orthodontist and dentist both keep telling me that they really need to fall out soon because I have to get my second phase of braces soon. I was supposed to get them at the beginning of August, but I couldn't because I still have baby teeth. I am just really afraid to pull them. Please don't ask me why because I just really don't know. They are just barely hanging in my mouth. I don't know what to do. Whenever I eat, they really bother me and I can barely chew my food. Whenever I bump them on accident, they start to bleed. Please help me!!

My pre-motorcyle accident career of around 6 years ago was as a Graphic Designer. I have tackled & completed various work placements and I have most of my original skills intact, I am physically fit except now I suffer from fatigue and can only work for around 6 hours a day before fatigue really hits hard. I can drive again, but have to consider the 'fatigue', aspect within the whole equation. At interview, when I eventually have to mention about any limitations, the interviewer has a kind of disturbed look because he/she has taken time out to interview someone who is disabled. I know about the human rights act and the options that should be available to someone like me, but I'm sure an employer will always find some kind of way around that, if they want to.

My brother slept with a girl, who after the act was done and my brother had left, claims she used the sperm inside the discarded condom to artificially inseminate herself. She wants to "trap" him with a baby. (and she wont get a paternity test until after the baby is born)

'cause she just HAD TO HAVE prada. she made the thirty thou, and more (presents, help with loans, therapy). another lad, seeing this, just asked everyone to send 'im some money. no reason. he, too, made bank. i want to see a neurologist. i can't, financially, or through my health care. i posted a plea for people to send me the cost of ONE starbucks coffe drink - roughly, between $2.50 and $5, though i'd've accepted $!, or free neurology... even affordable neurology (i live in berkeley, ca) - IF THEY COULD AFFORD IT. i posted it on my lj, myspace, friendster, okcupid, and craig's list. twice. two of my friends were furious. one kind stranger sympathised, but hadn't money to give. was i really so wrong? i didn't promise anyone anything. it wasn't a chain letter or ponzi scheme. i was polite, even witty, and, really, i need to get a neurological work-up. your thoughts?

ok for years my breast was leakin milk..I have 2 kids and can't have anymore. 5 years ago when I started to notice this milk leakage I went to my family doctor . she done a breast exam and she said everything seem fine and not to worry about it unless i find some lumps and to return to her asap. so 2 weeks ago I went and got both my lipples pierced and they are healing very well, no discharge, no swellin, no redness. so I was pleased with the healing of my piercing. But last night I felt a pain in my left breast. so naturally I put my fingers on it .and they was a huge hump much bigger than a pea if I had to describe it .It would be a size of a beer bottle cap. But it hurts to touch .the lump is very hard and it don't move around. I don't have any rash for anything just a painful lump.. Should I be concern about this...or will this just go away.. ohhhhh and before I forget when I was pregant wif my daughter 14 years ago I had ovarian cancer. any advice or suggestions would be grea
