A large sringe without the needle should do it. Insert straight away and away ya go. Then get yer wife to do a handstand for 20 minutes and BOB is literally your uncle.

you can go to fertility clinic where they can fertilize your sperm with your wife's egg on a dish and transfer to her uterus later. but it's going to cost a fortune!! check with your family doctor regarding options and estimates
