Lindy - you sound pretty lucky to even have a bf . Wet wipes or something similar are essential for making sure that area is clean after a bowel movement. Far better then dry toilet paper.
This is exactly why I asked this question,to check on the hygeine habits of the female population . Those who couldn't answer showed complete immaturity.

I use leaves, and twigs to scrape out anything that may be left... and the longest bowel movement I had was 56 yards... the toilet broke that day! Whew!

I use both-TP and then the wet wipes. As far as the other part of your question-I really couldn't guess, and I'm not about to measure the thing. lol
