i think its only self injury if you actally pull them out and keep doing it every time you get mad but, self injury ppl dont realize what they are doing its like thier mind is somewhere else at the time of the injury and when its over and they see the mark they realize what they have done. they have no control over it and cant seem to stop no matter what they do
