they are 100 calories but few people can eat just one serving. they are low in fiber and won't keep you full. you should go for some fruit, berries, vegies, nuts, high fiber carbs such as whole wheat, whole grain, cereals, crackers, pastas, chips, and soy crisps, soy nuts, lean proteins such as chicken, fish, beans, low/nonfat dairy products. fill your body with quality food and you will get more of a pay off and feel more satisfied. you should be eating 3 moderate meals and 3 reasonable snacks a day, and don't forget to exercise at least 30-60 minutes a day(cardio+weight training/resistance) 4-5 days a week. be sure to drink plenty of water, green tea, and maybe 2 cups of coffee to ingest more antioxidants. don't diet. start a new way of eating and taking care of yourself. get fit.

Good if you intend to count you r calories, they will help you know exactly what 100 calories are.
I agree most are not very satisfying.
I usually find foods that are tatsier with 100 or less calories.
My fave is TCBY frozen sorbet/ yogurt bars 90 cals.
frozen fruit pops 30 cals. Nn fat light yoplait yogurt 100 cals.

Start looking around at other items for low calorie snacks. I think the 100 cal ones are overpriced too.
You could always count out things like crackers etc and read the box.

Yes, they're perfectly diet-safe. Even though the real Oreos contain lard, the 100 calorie ones just have the flavor extract of the real thing. Besides, the "immitations" have lower fat, cholesterol, calories, and sugar than the actual snacks.

I think they suck because they are all processed carbs and they always seem to spike my blood sugar and increase my appetite to ravenous proportions. I'd rather have a half-pound of steamed broccoli for only 50 calories (and be really full) instead of 1 ounce of some 100 calorie carb snack that makes me want to eat everything.

Yes, as long as you limit them and use them as a chocolate fix or a chip fix when you are craving it. They are really good!

They are still loaded with junk though and I doubt one bag would even satisfy a person.
