I am amazed that I quit drinking pop about 2 years ago. I have been drinking iced tea sweetened with Splenda because as hard as I try, I can only drink so much water. The tea seems to be curbing my appetite a bit. It fills me and I dont get so hungry. I drink a small amount of skim milk in the morning with oatmeal sweetened with splenda.
I dont want to be using the splena if it is bad for me. I cannot stand iced tea not sweetened with either equal, or something.

Part 1: Running: it's cheap, accessible, and you get quick results. No membership to the gym required, and all you need are a pair of running shoes, shorts, and a shirt. If you run around your neighborhood for 45 minutes to an hour for 5 or 6 days a week, you'll lose abdominal fat, your thighs will shrink and become muscular, you'll look leaner, you'll sleep better, and you'll be able to do other fun physical activities like hiking more easily.

Part 2: Strength training. Again, easy, accessible, cheap. No membership to the gym required. You can lift weights right in your own home. For example, take a dictionary to start, balance it on your hands while laying down, and lift up and down. Ta-da, strength training for the arms. Or, buy a set of weights from a sports store; they're relatively inexpensive.

Part 3: Cut back on the junk food and replace it with fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy products, lean meats, whole grains, etc. Your diet doesn't have to be so strict that you end up binging on the bad stuff. Just make substitutions. Instead of ice cream, eat frozen yogurt. For your chips substitute, eat fat-free Pringles. Make sure you get enough of the good calories, and don't skip any of the food groups! (that means no low-carb diets) Any mineral or vitamin deficiency in your diet will compromise your energy stores and your overall health. Get involved in your cooking, so you know exactly what's going into your mouth. Look up healthy recipes on the internet. You'll find that a lot of these healthier foods taste much better than you thought they would. (Plus, you're spending the same amount of money on food; you're just buying different stuff.)

Part 4: Reward yourself every now and then. It's fine to live a little. Just make sure you're only rewarding yourself once or twice a week.

Part 5: Stay active even on your recovery days. Take a hike with friends in the mountains. Go for a leisurely swim. Bike with a significant other. Pick up a sport hobby, like tennis.

Part 6: Keep at it and have patience. You didn't gain the weight overnight, so you're not going to lose it overnight. Don't expect to lose more than 2 pounds per week. Doctors and dietitians recommend this amount; anything else is considered to be unhealthy. The combination of eating right and exercising regularly WORKS. You'll become leaner and you'll stay that way if you continue to eat right and exercise daily.

there". I could only achieve adequate erection for small spurts of time. Is this abnormal? Is there anything I could do? I was 23. I'm kind of concerned because sometimes I have a hard time getting hard in general. Other times, like when I wake up there's not a problem, but the first time I recieved oral, which was years ago, my penis was soft. I blamed it on me having a severe cold. But, now I'm not so sure. I lost my virginity to a girl I was attracted to, but I still had problems the several times we had sex. Do I really need Viagra, or is this common?

I dont get my period every month like a normal person would. I have even gone a whole year without having my menstral cycle. Im not on birth control or any of that sort. I told my doctor at a visit and he said because I was over the normal weight for my height. I now am at normal weight for my height and still no menstral cycle. What my question is.. Will this cause complcations when I decide to have a baby ?

Is itching skin, eyes, dry throat, and ear infection part of allergies ?

My hands are always cold no matter what! I'm just always cold and most of the time I wear a sweatshirt. I'm trying to not do the sweatshirt thing anymore but I'm always cold. A while back I went to a dermatologist and asked her about white spots on the back of my legs and she said they were from being cold, but I constantly have them. I'm in the band and at football games, my hands are always so cold even when I have gloves and the hot packs. Anything I can do, because it just gets on my nerves sometimes, always being cold like that, even in the summer.

I just started bathing with cold water 5 days ago and I feel so relaxed and calm. Its a very great feeling. Even when its cold I still shower with cold water and MAN! the benefits are great. I'm now always in a good mood and calm and happy. WOW!! I wish I would have started doing this earlier. So, do u think there are any health benefits of bathing with cold water, exept the feeling of joy and relaxation. Sweetness, life is good.

I have several incidences where I have exposed myself. A few examples are here:

1. Taking bath naked near well in the twilight time before it is dawn but the person next to you could "feel" or even see you to be naked.
2. Going for a skinny dipping in hotel pool at night after it is closed.
3. Coming out of shower naked as I "forget" to carry a towel.
4. Doing excersize while wearing a very narrow loin cloth.
5. Performing prayer while wearing a very narrow loin cloth.

There are many incidences when this has happened and I got never a negative response from anybody, except a few times. But the percentage is very small. Say 3% if you really want to know. I need help in understanding my psychology and others thinking as well.
