No. Not necessarily. This can happen due to bacteriological infection. Where as the definition of an allergy is 'hyper sensitivity' or over sensitivity to a particular substance. Example is dust, pollen grains (flower part), perfume (chemical structure).
What you are saying is different. Please take expert opinion and go for an alllergy test. It costs and pains but you have to have an answer. After all it is your body. Right dear?

Not all of your problems belongs to allergies. Please go to a dermatologist and a ENT physician. Anyhow, the dry throat and ear infestion might be the causes of itching skin.

Ear infections are something else entirely. But the rest are symptoms associated with allergies, and I daresay allergies can weaken your immune system so you can get the infections.
