I don't know. It might just be me. But my wrists/forearms seem somewhat out of proportion compared to my biceps. Is there any workout that focuses on the wrist or forearm?

the first time i had sex it wasnt painful and i didnt bleed? does this mean that i was sexually abused as a child? People in my family do think i was abused like this but how would i know? Why didnt I bleed my first time or any time after that?

i'm 13 and i've only been on my period for like 6 months. i got a sample box of tampons in the mail and i tried them with out my mom knowing. i like them better than pads but i don't know how to ask/tell me mom i want her to buy them for me. i don't want to tell her b/c i don't want her to think i'm growing up ''too fast'' or w/e.

hes saying really rude things.... pushing my mother and i away... one min hes a good dad the next hes rude and once in a while hes violent... my mom said he used to be rude but not this bad.. i dont remember cuz i was too young.... answer? hes on meds and he hasnt just started cuz his hands shakin. stem cell research can help find a cure for parkinsons rite?

I just got my results back and my husband and i dont have sex often, im young very young and i have not cheated hesayshe hasnt cheated either. she said she didnt get her period on june 21 then this july 21 no period also, we did have withdrawal sex and we used those pregancy urine tests that u can buy at pharmacy but it shows negative? she is 30yrs old and very worried if she's pregnant or not.
