I am 31 years old and don't have big breasts.Is there any natural way to get big breasts besides surgery or implants.Just tell me about any natural food that can affect my breasts and make them larger.My current breast size is very small.i.e. just 27 or 28 inches.While i want to increase it to 34 inches atleast.But i am very scared of internal medicines that enhance breasts.just tell me about something besides any breast enhancing medicine.i am just serching for some more natural way that i can prepare at home.

Everytime I go to public places like; malls,parties,restaurants,churches,any public places, I get really tense,so tense I can barely move, my heart start racing like hell, I get red face, I think everybody is looking at me and judging me, I feel like vomiting, my eyes get teary, my throat get sore, I just feel like screaming and going some where I can be alone. Whats wrong with me I never felt this way before. I always used to be this outgoing , partying friendly nice guy. I used to have so many friends now I dont even want to go out. Which makes me feel lonely and depressed. Because everytime I go out it happens. Whats wrong with me and how can I over come it and start enjoying my life?

My 16 year old niece is suffering from the worst bout of menstrual cramps she has ever had. Do you have any "home remedies” (other than Midol and other cramp medication) which are effective in battling the cramps?

She is currently holding an icepack on her stomach to gain some relief.

I broke my arm on purpose to see how it felt , now it has to come off should i rebrake it and will it be harder. Or should i just ask for the cast so i can play with it. I love the way the cast feels on my arm and the feeling of it.

(1) is depression unforgivably selfish? Why?
(2) is attempting/committing suicide immoral? Why?
(3) is euthanasia (in the traditional sense of termination of life due to 'biological' illnesses) immoral? Why?
(4) are the principles of suicide and euthanasia the same? Why?

Lastly,
(5) is depression/bipolar disorder as 'legitimate' a disease as, i.e., cancer? Why?

I am curious about the general consensus of the answers to these questions. Please explain your answer thoroughly so your train of thought is sufficiently conveyed. Thanks!

I started a job a couple of months ago working third shift. Even after months I can't make myself sleep during the day. I will pass out from sheer exhaustion and sleep for only a few hours before I wake up. It's been 2 months now and for weeks I've been delirious and just plain goofy b/c I'm so tired. I can't even think straight. Oh, and I can't take sleeping pills.
