Plz suggest me on avoiding depression & unnecc. tension due work to work pressure. and also abt time schedule planning to make our work ease.

Sounds like you need a vacation, in ten years how will this deadline matter ? If the pressure is too much try a different job, if you don't enjoy it you will never be happy.

you need to set up a list of priorities in your life. when it comes to any tension, if you can't control the source don't stress over it, it won't change anything.

jest forget everything for a moment see some natural outside see some flowers or some smiling babies' pictures and have a cup of coffee you'll be relax

the operative word for time management are prioritization, focus and team management. and to destress, switch off from work problems once out of office..
