I was standing still, when all of the sudden this sensation ran through my shoulder making my arm pull in towards my body. It felt as if I was being shocked. But I wasn't standing remotely close to anything that could cause that.

the one the other night, something about i got to no this lovely ginger women, i was a kid and she was taking me for a ride in the country through farmland with other kids, the weather was sunny grey, humid, as we were riding there was a load of electricity pilons in the farm fields and power stations, the lady wasnt looking where she was going and was pointin to the pilons in the fields, we collided with something and she flew out of the car or truck and flew into a pilon where she was graphically electricuted and started to scream suddenely bloody holes appeared all over her bodyand she exploded in blood. then a hideous lookin machine was chasing me through farmland trying to mince me up with rotating blades, i woke up traumatised, nearly in tears. then last night i dreamt i was comin out of some remote club on a remote lonely road, and figures dressed in black surrounded me, they were a mixture of black and white men, they then pulled out machetes and started to hack and chop me up

I started out already overweight, and now I have gained all of the weight that I need to gain for the ENTIRE pregnancy allready! I'm five months pregnant with twins, and even though I would love to lose a little bit of weight while I'm pregnant, I just mainly want to staty where I am right now and not gain anymore weight. The babies are already measuring larger than average, and I just want to eat just enough to ensure they are getting the nutrients that they need. Please, do anyone have any suggestions?

I was wondering if there is any sites out there that I can get in contact with a doctor by email or chat. I have my ct scans before antibiotics and after and I wanted to know if I can send them to a doctor to take a quick look at it and see if he sees any improvement or if he recommends operation and wants to see me in person.
Please dont say go see the doctor in person, because I dont have insurance right now and currently laid-off so I have no money to waste on an appointment if they say theres nothing they can do. But with my ct scans they can get most information.
