Sperm goes into the uterus and fallopian tubes after intercourse. Semenal fluid is what comes out afterwards. It won't effect your baby making efforts. If you are concerned or the discharge smells go and see a DR.

After sex, the semen will usually mix with the female’s own sexual lubrication and flow out of her vagina lightly on its own or while a female is urinating. The female may notice some sticky, clear or yellow liquid in her underwear after sex; if you feel uncomfortable with this discharge after sex, you can always slip a pantyliner into your underwear. Either way, the discharge is definitely normal and common for all women after sex.

Semen is composed of sperm and seminal fluid; about 10-30% of the seminal fluid is produced by the prostate gland, the rest is produced by the two seminal vesicles.

It is better u have a through check up with your doctor to avoid any chance of infections.I think it may a case of some vaginal infection, so better to find out the cause in the start rather than wait and wait.

No it is not sperm, it is a discharge and you'd better consult a gynecologist for a vaginal smear test for fear of std.
