Not sure what amvs are, but I am sure that your Mom doesn't hate you just because she won't watch whatever it is.
It is likely just be a difference in generational priorities. I am a Mom of a 12 year old and he is really into PS2 games and is all the time wanting to show me where he is at in the game and levels he has reached and as I never have been a PS2 game player, it is hard for me to see why it is so important and really prefer if he would spend more time reading a book or cleaning his room or pick up those dirty clothes and pop cans that are all over the living, to which he gets upset because he feels it totally negates what he has achieved (which I didn't know until we discussed the matter further).
If it really upsets you, let your Mom know how important it is to you and offer a compromise...if she will watch your amvs, you will do something that she wants you to do. When I don't see dirty clothes and pop cans lying around, it makes it so much easier to focus on what he is trying to show me, which is his priority, instead of the mess, which is my priority.
Good luck!

Moms can be like that, try not to let it bother you. I went through 4 yrs of university without my mother ever asking once about what I was taking or even showing the least bit of interest. I guess it's just hard for some ppl to fake interest in things they don't care about.

Parents are not interested in the same things as their children however much they want to be.
Parents also tend to feel "pushed for time" and can't necessarily get involved even when they are interested.
Also, she probably doesn't like you staying up all night, for whatever reason.

NO I don't think your mom hates you, she probably isnot interested in your videos. I know that is rough for kids who want thier moms and dads to like EVERYTHING they do, but it doesn't happen. Is this what you want to do for a living?? Study hard, check out schools that offer education in your interests, and APPLY!!! Good luck. Your mom does love you.

No, she does not hate you, she is simply not interested, or maybe does not like the music. Perhaps if you explained to her why it is important to you, she might watch.
Remember, many adults get bothered by some music the youth listen to.

Oh duh... you meant game points duh... like beg for people to pick them...but seriously I am sure she doesn't hate you...just give her space and ask her later or tommorow...did she give you a reason why she doesn't want to watch?
