Working out is really the only way to get your shape back.

Drink ALOT of water. 8 glasses a day is not enough. Try keeping a gallon of water on hand at all times. You'll be surprised what the water alone will do even if you don't work out.

Try this workout that can be done to help give your metabolism a quick boost so you can burn calories.

1) Perform 30 seconds of hard exercise (i.e. run in place as fast as you can)

2) Perform 60 seconds of moderate exercise (i.e. a casual jog or brisk walk).

3) Repeat this process 5-10 times.

4) Cool down for 3-5 minute

Then try this for a toning Process:

stand straight with knees slightly bent and feet apart, then slowly lower the trunk a few inches to the left side then back again to do the right side. Try to keep the body and legs in line by not bending forwards or backwards.

While standing firmly with feet shoulder width apart, the torso twists gently to the left side then to the right while at the same time trying to limit the movement from the hips. During the movements the torso should always remain upright, there should be no bending involved. Care should also be taken not to twist too far as its easy to pull a muscle when exercising the love handles!

And last but not lease... Walking. I can releate to you if you say you don't have time. I thought I didn't either but you would be surprised how much kids enjoy a nice walk. Right before you put them down for a nap, grap a couple bottles of water and take the kids on a brisk walk. By the time they get back they are wore out. they Sleep Tight and you got a good workout ( not to mention helping their health by making them walk on a regular basis)

PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is a herbal remedy that is often prescribed to women who want to lose weight around their middle after giving birth.

It helps shed the weight and tighten the skin so not to leave flabby areas.

Good Luck

After squeezing out some thing the size of a watermelon, giving beginning to the placenta is straightforward. Its no longer mandatory easier in case you have huge hips. It has plenty to do with the toddler itself besides .

Nature takes care of that, if you did the 'nature' (natural) way. IE breast feed. If you chose not to breast feed, then natural things won't happen for you. If you do alcohol, or any kind of rugs, you'll have problems also. If you do none of these, then quit eating so much. Other than that, no one can help you.
