I was wondering if there is any sites out there that I can get in contact with a doctor by email or chat. I have my ct scans before antibiotics and after and I wanted to know if I can send them to a doctor to take a quick look at it and see if he sees any improvement or if he recommends operation and wants to see me in person.
Please dont say go see the doctor in person, because I dont have insurance right now and currently laid-off so I have no money to waste on an appointment if they say theres nothing they can do. But with my ct scans they can get most information.

Webmd has a few experts that are doctors in certain speciality areas on the forums. Good luck finding them, though. That site is hard to navigate. But if it's not too crowded of a topic, you can get an answer. Doctors are too busy and there could be serious privacy and liability issues to be looking at your CT scan reports over mail or email for free.

The best you could probably hope for is to make a quick webpage, scan your reports, and ask the public to comment on it or email you. Sometimes you can find a knowlegeable doctor if you post it in some Yahoo group or About.com forum. There are people out there who know almost as much as doctors do.

Here is one I did and got some input by knowlegeable public:
http://www.patientblacklisting.org/GES.html

Notice how I put a comment box on it (with Homestead software)? I get the comments straight into my email. Then you have to make it known out there that you are asking for input, like by going to health forums and posting the URL.

Or else, find out the listservs/discussion forums where doctors hang out and join them if you can. One might be Maelstrom @ St Johns University (google that for the correct URL).

Good luck.
