I don't know. It might just be me. But my wrists/forearms seem somewhat out of proportion compared to my biceps. Is there any workout that focuses on the wrist or forearm?

Wrist curls and reverse wrist curls, hold weights in your hands and hang them over your knees (if your sitting) with your palm up and curl the weight up. reverse curls, just turn your hands over, palm down and curl up. try to keep your arms mostly on your thighs and just move your wrists.

Ive seen friends do martial arts exercises and develop forarms like Popeye the sailer man. Ha kakakakaka

you should be able to. there should be some form of workouts in this article that tackle those areas
