Both my husband and I from prior untreated injuries. My shoulder had healed in the wrong position after I injured it 10 yrs. ago with the right hand holding an overhead strap on the MUNI bus when the driver slammed on the brakes. I didn't think anything of it, just went on to work and favored it for a long time.

Definitely, my husband and I would recommend that you visit a good chiropractor. My Opinion Two's & Cyborg 1939's web sites were very informative. You'd need to decide what is best for you.

After about 2 mos. of heat and ultrasound, treatments and manipulations, I can say that I'm OK except will probably always need to do the exercises for flexibility and strengthening the muscles now. No problem putting my arm in jackets or reaching anymore for me. Got my range of motion back to normal.

Never a frozen shoulder, but I always get the cold shoulder, which is just hours from becoming the frozen shoulder. I find the best way to treat it is through violence.

Just thaw and serve. No, really, I had shoulder surgery a few years back, and you might want to look into physical therapy like Rolfing. Alignment of the muscles might really help. Good luck.

nothing to mess around with if it doesn't respond to liniments, etc, see a doctor. if you force it too much you can damage the cartilage, and that's slow to heal.
