if he has cold sores on his mouth you can catch somehtng. otherwise no. same wiht is penis. if there are sores there and you have an open cut you could catch something. rare that it would happen though. just wash your hands afterward.
you need to find a way to get some sex education besides here. if you live in an area where here is a clinic go there and get some pamphlets. and pick up some of the free condoms while you are there. if you are already touching a guy's penis you need to be prepared in case it goes further.

Yes. You can catch genital herpes by just touching an infected person and then touching yourself. That includes kissing! If you kiss or perform oral sex on someone who has it, then you could get the cold sores on your mouth. Even though genital herpes is considered a STD, you can still get it w/o having sex!

You CAN catch Herpes from Kissing and Oral Sex..and you can catch the HPV virus (that causes genital warts) from oral sex and any "skin-to-skin" contact..If you dont beleieve it, call the National STD Hotline for yourself, and get educated about STDs

No to the mouth, yes to the touching if you use your lips - you can get some though not all STDs through oral. So use condoms!

If there is a sore or a cut on his skin, mouth or penis. Anything that deals with blood to blood will catch.

if that person has bleeding gums and has HIV, yes, I could imagine you could catch quite a disease.
