No, it isn't. People use such words as a hint of what they really feel or DO NOT feel about you. In fact, I always say that to let the person know that I'm not really into him.. 'coz a lot of guys think that they could be involved in a romantic relationship with me and what better way to keep them away than to tell them i like them "as a FRIEND/BROTHER" ~ nothing more, nothing less.

No it's not weird, sometimes it's their easy way of letting you down. Or it's another way of just letting some one know that, they don't want to ruin the friend/bother/sister relationship by moving on to something more serious.

ive been told "i love you too.......as a brother" and im like F@ck that, and i walked away and havent talked to her in about 2 months. what im saying is, as you probably already know, there are alot of women who would want you, so be patient and learn how to game them correctly.
