If your boyfriend only touched the outside of your genitals, I am not sure why you would have pain, but if you feel you had an orgasm, then it was obviously pleasurable. It won't affect your sex life physically in any way. Its only how you remember it emotionally that might affect you in the future. It was a learning experience. The next time it happens, you need to make sure you are really ready to have sexual contact. When you do: USE CONTRACEPTION!

First off you may have a yeast infection. This can happen if his hands were clean and bacteria go into you.
Second don't worry I don't think it will affect your sex life.
The question on your hymen. Everyone is different it may or may not torn.
