do i need to drink more water i take water pills?
how long is it safe to take them for?
(i dont care if i gain all the weight back when im done taking them.... im really just looking for a quick fix)

If you are taking water pills, which pull water out of your body, drinking more water will just cancel the effect. If these are over the counter pills, you will find that they lose their effectiveness very quickly, and you may only lose a couple of pounds. If you have somehow managed to obtain prescription water pills and are taking them, you are endangering your heart rhythm, and that could lead to death. The amount of water weight you lose is so temporary and little it is not worth it. Think about it, if you were doing it for a party, the few pounds you might lose would be right back on with your first drink, and if you spend the evening at a party without drinking ANYTHING, that is NO FUN (whether its Coke, booze, water, etc)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Reading this I feel the need to share something because I spent endless years jumping from diet to diet without getting any real results until I came across Pams magic plan (google it). Without a doubt the best weight loss that I have ever had and it is still working to this day.

replace your scale with a tape measure aim for 32 1 2 inches or less for women and 35 inches or less for men
