I used to weigh close to 200lbs and now I weight about 140lbs. I've become so lazy since my best friend moved away and I don't have any friends anymore...kinda depressed about it too. We used to go to the gym, swimming and walking together. Now I have no one to do those things with. I've put on about 10 pounds and I'm scared I may gain more. How can I get myself motivated to start working out again? And would you sun tan at a pool by urself? I feel like a loser doing things by myself when I see groups of people together.

beating our autistic son with a rubber hose and calling him a retard for showing his penis at the dinner table. I want to side with my retarded son on this one because although i am not autistic, large penises run in the family and i used to do the same thing even at school. If i cut out pop completely, only drank water/milk, ate whole grain wheat bread, and honey bunches of oats/special K cereal, and lifted weights 4 times a week, ate fruits and a few veggies every now and then. swam 3 times a week. i think i may be pegnant, but only like a week, week and a half, i have taken three tests, all of them showing a negative result. i also missed my period. it is now three days late. is it even possible to know if i am taking a home test if its that early. i know they say when u miss a period...but how soon is too soon??and is it true that u have to be at least 3 or 4 weeks for them to be acurate?

I give birth to my daughter june/20/2005..and got on birth control 8 weeks later "the shot" and stayed on it up till dec/05...and then switched to the pill in febuary..and only stayed on the pill for two weeks..i just didnt like either i got to many of the side effects..anyways..i got my first normal period in march of 2006...and didnt have another until around july1st of the same year..and have been bleeding ever since...is something wrong???What should i do???

Where can one find one of those electrocutterage devices used to burn off skin tags or karatoses? Seemed like there was not a whole lot to using it. I hate running to the dermatologist every time I get one of these. They usually burn em off with liquid nitrogen. But I don't want to mess with that stuff. But I remember some time back these little elctroboxes.

My sister binges and then "purges" with ex-lax. Iknow it may be a stupid question, but I only thought that vomiting was the purge of choice, since food hasn't reached your stomach so you won't gain weight and I'm not sure laxatives do the same...

I slipped in a puddle of water in front of my fridge. Having hardwood floors, the motion was VERY fast and smooth. Can't tell exactly how I landed on my foot but I'm 5'8 and weigh 175 lbs.
No pain in or near ankle. The EXCRUCIATING pain was across the top of the midfoot just before it's widest points. There is slight bruising on the underside of foot on side of big toe and top side of foot on side of pinkie toe. Horrible pain to move toes at all. This pain radiated up to my knee with the most severe point being behind the knee. Oddly, there was only slight pain when the injury first occurred and over the next 2 hours became absolutely unbearable causing me extreme embarrassment in the ER as I was literally writhing and crying in pain. No fracture seen. UNBELIEVABLE to me!!! But I was surprised when the ortho tech came in and applied a soft cast/half cast/splint thing up to my knee. This happened on 7/20 and I will call doc monday for f/u. Lisfranc was my own guess not doc
