There is foreskin but it doesn't go over the head at all and when my penis is flaccid, i can see the bell top.

Am i circumsized? Sounds like I'm half.

About the skin under the head which connects, it's still there. And yes there is a color difference but i still can see the head without pulling off foreskin..

I think i was half circumsized,....if that made sense.

You were partially circumcised, the only thing the doctors took off was the skin covering the head.

Don't worry, you're fine!

I'm a little confused, so erect your "foreskin" doesn't cover the head at all, and when flaccid it only covers part of the head. Did I get that right?

Anyway, not all circumcisions remove the frenulum, that skin connection underneath. And not all people get a scar from circumcision or get really faint scars, there will just be a distinct difference in the color; with a foreskin the color change is usually rather gradual instead of like "color 1, line/scar, color 2."

So, it's one of 3 possiblities. One, you're uncircumcised but you have a short foreskin (no problems there). Two, you're partially circumcised where only a little bit of the foreskin was taken off. Three, you're really circumcised but it was very loose (or you had tons of foreskin to begin with) and you healed really well. But, even if you're circumcised, be happy in the fact that you've enough foreskin that it can effectively work like one. I'm sure many people would be envious of that.

It sounds to me like you are circumcised. Look for a difference of color in a distinct line below the "bell" part. Also check on the underside for the frenulum, a small piece of skin that connects the head to the skin underneath . . it is often cut or missing if you have been circumcised. sounds like you just have a short foreskin.
this is normal!
i too can see my head sticking out all the time but i am uncircumsised!
and no you do not need to go cut it off.
if you are not having any problems and wash your boy everyday you will be fine.

Sounds to me like you just have less foreskin on your penis. I doubt anybody would have half cut you, you were probably born with less foreskin than most males, and were uncircumcised

yes you are. Just ask your parents or check with the hospital to be sure. But if you see the head then you are most likely circumcised.

An uncircumsized penis is *almost* entirely covered when erect, so most likely, yes your are circumsized

If you don't have to retract any skin to see your head and glands, then yes you are circumcised. If you're really unsure, then ask your doctor.
