If i cut out pop completely, only drank water/milk, ate whole grain wheat bread, and honey bunches of oats/special K cereal, and lifted weights 4 times a week, ate fruits and a few veggies every now and then. swam 3 times a week. How long would this take to take off my belly fat or about 20-25 pounds. THIS IS A PERMANENT LIFESTYLE CHANGE.
