If you feel unduly stressed, then maybe you can work it out with a counsellor to find the root cause of the stress. Is it work, relationship, personal problems that are giving you most "headache"? A lot of people are suffering from tension problem.
If your work is too stressful, maybe you can consider switching to a less stressful job.
Sometimes, it is our perception and perspective of things. When we treat something like work too serously, it gets into us and we get unduly stressed.
Exercising helps a lot. Having a sensible diet helps too.

first of all, forget about everything surrounding you unless it's somewhere peaceful and with a lot of plants and trees
breathe in and out.
start stretching your whole body
take a cold shower
and just sleep or lie on your bed or somewhere comfortable

i think myb u can go for some relaxing spa, n myb exercise..
but d best way goin smwer.. vacation..

get a punching bag and beat the s*** out of it while listening to punk rock music, then take a shower and call up a friend and rant to her/him, but make sure its one of those friends who let you rant as long as you want. complaining and b****ing always makes me feel better
