Do you ever feel guilty when someone is near, but you know your not doing anything wrong?

When im movin around in bed to get comfortable which is making alot of noise and then people walk by slowly or carefully as if i were doing something strange in bed. After that i feel guilty for not doing anything wrong.

Where do you sleep that you have people walking by your bed when you are trying to get comfortable? Sounds strange to me.
