Instead of thinking about low fat and low carbs, try eating the carbs and fats(healthy fats such as omega 3 acids) early in the day so that you have the rest of the day to burn them off.

when you limit yourself from the things you like diets and lifestyle changes tend to fail after 8-12 weeks.

Just eat the things you like in want in moderation and the best times, also if you're trying to lose a bit of weight (reason for cutting carbs) try doing your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach before you eat so your body burns fat instead of calories.

Um... when we were on Adkins' we ate spinach pockets but its not what it sounds like. You get cube steaks then put some spinach and mozerella in the middle. Then fold them over like a taco and put them under a broiler on your lowest rack until the meat is done.You can season them with salt or something before they go in. Use toothpicks to secure them in taco shape. Its really good.
