My hands are always cold no matter what! I'm just always cold and most of the time I wear a sweatshirt. I'm trying to not do the sweatshirt thing anymore but I'm always cold. A while back I went to a dermatologist and asked her about white spots on the back of my legs and she said they were from being cold, but I constantly have them. I'm in the band and at football games, my hands are always so cold even when I have gloves and the hot packs. Anything I can do, because it just gets on my nerves sometimes, always being cold like that, even in the summer.

I would go see an endocrinologist or a rheumatologist, not a derm. It sounds like you have Raynaud's Phenomenon. The white spots could be an associated vitiligo. Both of these are autoimmune diseases in nature, and can be controlled. Associated with both of these is Thyroid disease. Hypothyroidism can cause you to be cold all the time no matter what.
Please go get checked, and tell one of the above types of docs about your symptoms.

Hey you probably are just genetically like that. Some people loose their heat a little easier and your hands are one of the first places to feel cold. Possibly also problems with your circulation. If it's just your hands you could also check out Raynaud's disease. If it's really a problem talk to your doctor

There is an "old wives tale" that says "Cold hands, warm heart" But seriously, it's probably poor circulation or do you take blood thinners?

The main reason is psychological. There is no solution to this in allopathy. You can find answer in homeopathy as well as Dr Bach Flower Therapy.

It is safe to read about medicines but please consult a physician before taking the same. He should be a certified homeopath. Remember!
