Yes. It is called a stress fracture, which means that nothing happened. You did not trip, turn it, or anything. The bone simply broke from the stress of overexertion. It happens a lot to people who are on their feet all day long, and especially if the person is overweight. You need a doctor's care for that.

Yes, if you twist an ankle or trip of course, but don't let that stop you. You can also get carpal tunnel syndrome from typing too much, or a heart attack from not exercising at all, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. The benefits outweigh the risks.

Yea i guess cause when we walk 2 much da muscle gets hot so u wont feel it but ones it get cold it woled hurt especial if ur waerin hills 4 a long time whit ou no stpoin

Yep. You could stress fracture it. Or flat out break it if you have bad bone quality from osteoporosis, etc..

absolutely, i just sprained my ankle today playing basketball, but it was while i was just walking down the court. if you walk enough you'll find a way to break it.
