The last couple weeks when I have sex with my wife, at the point of orgasm (or a little bit right before) I get these really intense headaches. Feels like someone has hit me in the back of the head with a hammer. I tried to masturbate, but the headaches still happens but on a smaller scale. These headaches can last anywhere from 10 minutes or so, up to a couple of days. I am a 31 year old male, average shape. I have never had anything happen like this before about 2 weeks ago.

I have this friend and she is not fat at all. She's medium frame. her doctor told her she needed more exericise. And there's this person that I consider is fat (clearly 30/40 lbs overweight) and a lot of ppl say she is not fat at all and is fine the way she is. They say she look good thick. What I'm wondering is if my friend who is not fat at all need exercise, does that mean the fatter girl need more exercise than her? If person B is bigger than person A does that automatically mean person B need more exercise?

this boyfriend makes me pay the bills. he has barley spoken to me or looked at me since we moved in together about a month ago. he is both verbaly and physically abusive but he has never really left a mark on. i stopped smoking in february,but still a few times a week, i get this feeling like, it would feel so good to have a cigarette, or that i miss ther feeling it gives me,, the feeling is not so bad that im in danger of lighting one, but it annoys me that i still have those feelings,.. so my question is,, how long have u stopped smoknig and do you still get those feelings and if not when did they stop?

im trying to lose about 50lbs and im looking for a diet that might be good, i dont have time for counting the calories or trying any exotic diets like the south beach diet ect, i am looking for something simple and that can be easily be incorporatted with me daily route. i have two young (8mths and 3yrs) kids and its difficult for me to exercise daily, i dont eat alot or heavy, im just trying to loose my post-pregnancy weight. i was told that apple cidar vinegar is good... is that true? how do you drink it, how often do you drink it, how long does it take before it can actually take effect to your body, are there any side effects?

I am dying from cancer and no one but my husband knows. I have recently gotten into an argument with my side of the family. I have no intion of tellin them i am dying nor do i want to reconcile. I do not want them at my funeral, to even know when i die, or around my daughter/husband after i am gone. How can i ensure that they pay for what they have done and realize the conseequences of their actions?

What they did is so horrable it isn't to be mention, all you need to know is they did something to scare my family and destroy my 9 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER. Something they can, should, and will be arrested for.

I was given 6 month's before my heart would fail but that was 3 years ago.I was placed on a donor's list for a heart in 03.I'm suffering with chest pain,palpitation's,swollen leg's and ankles. Shortness of breath and fatigue.Can't stand or sit for long periods of time.Fluid builds up around my heart and lung yet i was denied social security 2 times.I believe it was based on my age because I'm young.I got the Heart failure/Cardiomyopathy from giving birth,the strain of pushing severely damaged my left ventricle.I'm 30 and have 3 children and no one seems to care.I don't even want to go out.Now I'm seeing a therapist for my depression.My mother died suddenly when i was 9month's pregnant in 03 before I got diagnosed with heart failure.I gave birth a week after her funeral.I walked in on the doctor's were trying to revive her and have panic attacks when i see things that remind me of that day.I don't even want to go outside.I feel like the system doesn't help the one's who are truly sick.

I cough everday i dont have asthma and i dont smoke? Even when i drink something cold or eat i cough. Doctors did x-ray on me and they did not find nothing they think i have some type of allergy do think is some type of allergy or something alse?
