I've just noticed that a very significant amount of my hair is falling out, especially when I brush it. I'm in great shape, I eat right, I'm not on a special diet, and the only medication I take is an anti-anxiety pill. So what could be the problem?

Dying hair and stress could be a problem.

dont brush your hair specially when its wet,, hair is weakest when its wet,,let it air dry first before brushing to avoid hair fall

Have your thyroid checked. Hairloss is a signifigant indicator.
