Why am I like 2" flacid but 8" hard. Its ****** up cause it looks like i have a small dick. but i really dont.

Men's flaccid penis size varies greatly, but when they are erect, they average out between 5-7 inches (for caucasians). You are a little over that average (or not caucasian!).
So men are divided into those with a small flaccid penis, and men with a large flaccid penis. These are often termed 'growers' and 'show-ers'.
Why worry what other people think when they see you flaccid? It only really matters that your penis is functional for sexual activity and yours clearly is.

Do not let it bother you. If anyone judges you cause of the size of your bulge then you really do not need to have anything to do with them. Some guys have long fat softies, and some guys have little softies. But when arroused watch out. But if it bother you that much cause you might of been teased about it then try different things with it. Search on the internet on different ways to enlarge a penis while soft. You might can even try penis vacuum pumping, but that may enlarge it when hard also. Or maybe try a co kring. They make a bulge look larger than they really are under clothing. or try jelging. Force the blood towards the tip to stretch the inside chambers that hold the blood and make it grow new cells in the process of enlarging. But you have a normal penis. Small when soft and large when hard.

Many things can cause this. However, what comes to mind at first deals with weight. If you are a large man, you will natually have a small pooch there, a fat pocket per say. I know you've heard the old saying, "Loose an Inch and gain an inch". This holds true.

Every man is that way. It's small, when it's soft, then when it gets hard it grows as blood runs through the veins in your penis. If you think it looks small on a soft, get in a tub of cold water & look at it. lol My husband says it looks like a dried up grub worm in cold water.lol
