I exercise regulary, running 30-35 miles a week, biking 50-60 miles a week, karate/aikido 6 hours a week, plus weights. my diet is impeccable. no processed foods, sugary sodas, caffeine, trans fat, fast food, or salty food. plus lots of fruit and pasta daily. but for some reason my blood pressure is extremely low, around 85/45. this is accompanied by dizziness, or light-headedness. and it cant be with old age because 16 isnt old by any standard. if anyone knows anything
