Ive been on anti depressants but in time, my body became immune to them...i feel like im out of options for medical help. I have prayed and asked people around me to help.

Up until a few months ago I had the same problem. I was constantly changing medications and doctors until I finally went to one specific psychiatrist who helped me alot. Although prior doctors were only treating me for depression, I was also diagnosed with bi-polar disorder and anxiety. I am now on the medications lexapro and lithium, I don't know if you've tried lexapro. But it seems to be working. I still have down days and I realize I have to work hard on my mental health. I try to keep positive and live life to the fullest although sometimes I just want to sit and cry. Prayer helps, even when we think it's not doing anything so keep praying to the Lord Jesus Christ. He will help you through. I know it's hard and the process may seem to take a long time, but don't give up, there is help for you out there; you just have to find it. Continue searching for doctors who can help you and don't be afraid to say to them "I don't think this medication is working". Don't let anybody tell you how you feel inside; only you know your true feelings. Lastly keep love ones near, sometimes they are the ones we need to think of when our mind tries to tell us to do hurtful things. Lean on them, but remember that the hardest part of controlling this illness will always fall on you. But don't give up, the strength to fight is in you.

I'm sorry that you are going through all of this. It makes me so sad to see you so unhappy. Depression is a tough thing to kick, but as you know, it comes and goes in waves. Hopefully, you can get through this one and feel better soon.

I find that the antidepressants put me in a fog after a while. It's good if you can safely cycle off of them every so often.

When I get depressed, I use sleep deprivation. It is an almost immediate cure for me. I simply stay up all night for a night or two. I know that sounds crazy, but I'm attaching a link where you can read more about it.

Another thing that I do is fasting. It really clears the mind. The Master Cleanse Fast is very easy to do. It really helps. You can find out more about it by doing an Internet search or by going to www.curezone.com.

As others have suggested, exercise is one of the best ways to start feeling better. The trouble with that is that it is really hard to get up and get going when you are in deep depression. Still, if you can make yourself do it, it will help.

Being involved in Church will help you a lot, too. It really will. Just keep praying and ask other to pray for you.

Here is the link about natural cures for depression. I hope that you feel better soon. Email me anytime. I'll pray for you to feel better soon.

I would go to the doc & get a complete blood panel & see if, your depression isn't something physical going on in your body.
For instance your thyroid might be affected.
Obviously you must have talked with a doc, if you are taking anti-depressant. Taking anti-depressant is merely a band aid until you resolve what is depressing you.
Talking to a therapist might help too, if you're not doing this already. Exercising is good, force yourself to take a walk, even if you don't want to. Joining a support group that's in your age group & dealing with your similar issue might help.

Remember there are many different kinds of meds & depression. If your current meds are not helping you should ask your doctor to try another. It is important to get on the right meds. You may want to try a combination of meds & talk therapy. Studies show that is more effective than either one alone.

Perhaps you need to look for the good in life and add some humor to your daily thoughts. I would see your doctor and ask him about some alternative solutions if anti-depressants are not working. If religion does it for you, go for it. I would suggest a work out program to take the anxiety away. Also avoid looping behavior, what I mean is if you see a pattern analyze it and try to change it for the good. You have to remember that everyone get a little blue from time to time. Take your mind off your condition. I would make a list of positive things you like to do and try to spend more time living instead of thinking about life. Set some goals and try to be a hard worker. Everyone loves a hard worker and maybe it will help you with learning how to love yourself. Don't kill yourself......

I understand that you feel like medicine can not help you, but I still hope that you include your Doctor in your future plans. If you want to look for other avenues to help you along, FANTASTIC. Exercise and a support net can work wonders. However, it is imperative that you talk with your Doctor and inform him that the meds are not working, maybe they can make some changes. Please, if you feel down, and that you might do something that you are going to regret call 1-800-SUICIDE. Or another help line. Take Care, and I wish you the best. Life is always worth living, though it is a series of ups and downs. The good news is that when you're in a "down", an up is around the corner.

I have suffered from depression myself but never tried to end my life. Have you been to a psychiatrist or anything like that because suicide is not the answer. Do you need someone to talk to because if so I could give you my IM and I would be glad to talk to you. I know a big problem with a lot of people who suffer from depression is that they don't let people know what they are feeling and it gradually builds up until they explode. Please seek some professional help but if you just need someone to talk to let me know.

some thing is inaccurate if it infringes on someone's' organic rights. all each man or woman is entitled to issues along with existence, liberty, and prosperity. So in case you kill someone, you eliminate their existence. in case you placed them through dominance and abuse without their consent, you eliminate their liberty. in case you scouse borrow their sources or money, you're affecting their prosperity. some thing is nice if it preserves those organic rights and promotes them for others. in case you retain someone, artwork to furnish people suffrage, or supply to charity, you're doing the right component. notwithstanding, the line between accurate and incorrect typically turns into blurred. operating example, think you kill a assassin who broke into your position to maintain your own kinfolk. in this get mutually, we may be able to dissect your moves and choose them in my opinion to be both accurate or incorrect. Killing the guy changed into incorrect, yet retaining your household and sources changed into accurate. as a effect, the kind of accurate moves and the quantity of excellent that changed into done is larger than the evil, so that you will be accurate in this example.

pack your bags, travel to somewhere else. travel to the countryside. find out why they are so carefree.

If you really feel you can't help yourself, try helping someone else. Once you see them smile, you know its worth it. give volunteer work a try.

Enough of therapy, medication, spiritual. Get back to nature. It heals.
