They do work, but they really hurt my teeth sometimes. I stopped using them because I don't think there is any research on the long-term effects (negative) that there might be.

When my teeth started to hurt, I started thinking something was not right...

Ha! I just had some on a little while ago. It's my first use for a while. I used them a few years ago, and my relatives could see a difference. They work really well for a lady at work. I'd try them. There are coupons in magazines and some newspapers sometimes for $6 or $7 off.

Yes they do whiten except I found that it is quite irritating to the gums vs. the paint on. And another thing I found odd is that it gave my teeth a whiter but grayish tinge and my teeth weren't grayish before.

Yep, surprisingly they do.. The only trick is to go easy on stuff like coffee, cola, chocolate, red wine.... anything that stains your teeth easy. If you cant live without any of those things make sure you brush your teeth after. and all should be well. I noticed a big change after one use!

Yes they do. Just follow the directions and you should have a whiter brighter smile. Just don't over use this product because you don't want to lose the enamel on your teeth.

They work well for the money but you have to be consistent. It is a little bit of a pain to keep up with but it works.
