you might have symptoms that could be an indicator of cancer like a mole thats changed shape and color, a bruise that never seems to heal but those from the cancer.
Not all cancers are going to show symptoms, Ovarian cancer is called "the silent killer" because women don't know they have it til its in its later stages, there are no warning symptoms.
Colon cancer, prostate cancer, no early symptoms, you just have to get regular check ups to be sure you don't have.
Breast cancer you might find a lump but you could have cancer before the lump ever becomes noticeable.
If you are worried you might have cancer, get the problem checked out by a doctor, if it turns out to be its better to get the problem found early so you can get treatment. The sooner the treatment the more likely you will survive from it.

All cancers have symptoms... but the key is recognizing them. Some cancers don't have symptoms that are easily recognized, especially in the early stages. In late stages of all cancer, the final symptom is death.

I didn't have any symptoms. They only found the lymphoma because I got pneumonia and they took a chest x-ray
